Jakarta, November 13, 2019 - Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara (‘Amman Mineral’) received a runner-up award in the category of Mineral and Coal PNBP (Non-Tax State Revenue) Compliance as the biggest Contract of Work contributor from the Directorate of Mineral and Coal Revenues, Directorate General of Minerals and Coal. The award was presented to the company for its contribution and compliance in fulfilling the PNBP payment obligation for the period of 2018 by the Director General of Minerals and Coal, Bambang Gatot Ariyono (13/11/2019). This award is proof of Amman Mineral's commitment to always comply and participate in the development and protection of the environment.

Some assessment criteria for this award include 3 aspects, namely: 1. the best level of PNBP payment compliance consisting of 4 assessment elements, namely technical and environmental aspects (placement of reclamation guarantees and post-mining guarantees), monthly production and sales reports, realization reports on the Quarterly RKAB (Business Plan and Budget), reports and data on PNBP obligations (deadrents, royalties and PNBP receivables), 2. the highest level of contribution based on the nominal amount of PNBP payment in 2018, and 3. the best profit sharing fund management area consisting of 5 elements, namely the plan and realization of Profit Sharing Funds (DBH), management of the Mining Inspector's budget, efforts to settle Mineral and Coal PNBP receivables, and management of the Energy and Mineral Resources official budget.
The assessment team consists of PNBP evaluators within the Directorate General of Minerals and Coal, Auditors of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, Financial Bureau of Secretariat general of Energy and Mineral Resources, EITI, Directorate of PNBP of the Directorate General of Budget of the Ministry of Finance and mining experts and mining associations (Perhapi, IMA, and APBI).
